Lagers, ales and pilsners, oh my! With 26—or wait is it 27? No, 28 breweries… well probably more than that by the time you read this… Regardless of the number, we find ourselves in the enviable position of having the most breweries per capita in these great United States! So in honor of our 2nd Annual Caps & Corks issue, we decided to talk with a few of the people who are contributing to our deliciously sudsy economy, as well as some who are helping guide that very economy forward. We welcome both the creativity and entrepreneurial drive shown in the hard working brewers in this town, and especially appreciate their tasty concoctions.
And what goes oh-so-nicely with a cold beer? Why, a great hamburger, of course! So we talked the good people at Rankin Vault—who have many Battle of the Burger distinctions to their name—into giving us some tips on the perfect burger.
But let’s not forget the Corks side of this issue. We talked with some of the nicest and most knowledgeable fellas in town at Vaso de Vino about, well, vino. As always, enjoy this issue responsibly!
